Cowboys’ Losing Streak Extends to Five Games as McCarthy Expresses Frustration
Arlington, TX – The Dallas Cowboys’ woes continued on Sunday as they suffered their fifth consecutive loss, falling to the Jacksonville Jaguars 40-34. Head coach Mike McCarthy expressed his frustration after the game, acknowledging the team’s struggles and the need for improvement.
McCarthy’s Post-Game Comments
“It’s frustrating for everybody,” McCarthy said. “We’re not playing well enough as a team. We’re not executing at a high enough level. We’re not making enough plays. We’re not coaching well enough. We’re not doing anything well enough to win games right now.”
McCarthy went on to say that the team needs to “find a way to get better” and “start winning games.” He emphasized the importance of “staying together” and “believing in each other” during this challenging time.

“We need to find a way to get better,” McCarthy said. “We need to start winning games. We need to believe in each other. We need to stay together. We have a lot of football left to play.”
