NFL Fantasy 2024 Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em: Wide Receivers for Week 15
Start ‘Em
Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings (vs. Detroit Lions)
Jefferson is a must-start in all fantasy formats this week. He is the NFL’s leading receiver in yards and touchdowns, and he has a favorable matchup against a Lions defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wideouts this season. Jefferson should be in line for another big day, making him a top option for fantasy owners in Week 15.
Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders (vs. New England Patriots)
Adams has been a bit inconsistent this season, but he has a great matchup against a Patriots defense that has struggled to contain opposing wide receivers. Adams is the Raiders’ clear-cut No. 1 target, and he should be able to put up solid numbers against New England.
Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins (vs. Baltimore Ravens)
Hill has been one of the most explosive wide receivers in the NFL this season, and he is a must-start in all formats. He has a tough matchup against a Ravens defense that has been stingy against the pass, but Hill’s speed and playmaking ability make him a threat to score every time he touches the ball.
Sit ‘Em
Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals (vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
Higgins has been a solid fantasy producer this season, but he has a tough matchup against a Buccaneers defense that has been one of the best in the NFL against the pass. Higgins is also dealing with a hamstring injury, which could limit his production.
Michael Pittman Jr., Indianapolis Colts (vs. Houston Texans)
Pittman Jr. has been a disappointment for fantasy owners this season, and he is a risky start in Week 15. He has a favorable matchup against a Texans defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wideouts this season, but Pittman Jr. has been inconsistent all year.
Allen Lazard, Green Bay Packers (vs. Carolina Panthers)
Lazard has emerged as a reliable target for Aaron Rodgers this season, but he is a risky start in Week 15. He has a tough matchup against a Panthers defense that has been solid against the pass, and Lazard has been dealing with a shoulder injury.
Sleepers
Garrett Wilson, New York Jets (vs. Jacksonville Jaguars)
Wilson has been a bright spot for the Jets this season, and he is a good sleeper pick for Week 15. He has a favorable matchup against a Jaguars defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wideouts this season, and Wilson has been targeted at least seven times in each of his last four games.
Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers (vs. Carolina Panthers)
Watson has been a bit of a boom-or-bust player this season, but he has a lot of upside. He has a good matchup against a Panthers defense that has been solid against the pass, but Watson has the speed and athleticism to make big plays.
DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles (vs. Chicago Bears)
Smith has been a bit of a disappointment for fantasy owners this season, but he has a good matchup against a Bears defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wideouts this season. Smith is the Eagles’ No. 2 receiver, and he should be able to put up solid numbers against Chicago.
